1. Agreement
By accessing or using LLMsArchive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. LLMsArchive is operated by FurneDesigns LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA.
2. Service Description
LLMsArchive is a platform that helps businesses improve their discoverability with AI language models. The service includes: automated generation of structured AI files (llms.txt, ai-profile.json, knowledge.json, services.json); AI discoverability scoring across major language models; an AI-generated improvement plan; schema and meta tag suggestions; and optional managed implementation services (Setup Service tiers: Entry, Setup, Maintenance, Optimization, PRO). 3. No Guarantee of Results
IMPORTANT: LLMsArchive provides tools, structured data files, optimization recommendations, and visibility measurement. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC IMPROVEMENT IN AI MODEL RESPONSES, VISIBILITY SCORES, BRAND MENTIONS, OR SEARCH RANKINGS. AI model outputs depend on third-party training cycles, model architecture decisions, and data sources entirely outside our control. Improvements in visibility, if any, may take weeks or months to reflect in AI responses, as language models retrain on their own schedules. You acknowledge that purchasing any plan or service does not guarantee that your brand will be mentioned, recommended, or ranked by any AI system.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to the Basic plan requires a paid monthly subscription per site. Setup Service tiers (Entry, Setup, Maintenance, Optimization, PRO) may be billed as one-time payments or monthly subscriptions depending on the tier. All payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Additional visibility checks beyond the monthly included check are billed per check at the current rate. Current pricing is displayed on the /pricing page and in the Dashboard at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, or immediately upon request (with a prorated refund for unused days at our discretion). One-time payments for Setup Service tiers are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of service failure attributable to LLMsArchive.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) the accuracy and legality of the business information you submit; (b) ensuring you have the right to register the domain you submit; (c) complying with all applicable laws. You may not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the service.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use LLMsArchive to: submit content that infringes intellectual property rights; attempt to manipulate AI systems through deceptive or misleading information; circumvent security measures; resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent; or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
LLMsArchive, its software, design, and all associated content are owned by FurneDesigns LLC. You retain ownership of the business data and content you submit, and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, display, and distribute it as part of the service. AI-generated files (llms.txt, ai-profile.json, etc.) produced from your submitted data are provided for your use.
9. Server Access and Credential Security
Certain Setup Service tiers (Setup, Maintenance, PRO) require you to provide server access credentials (such as FTP/SFTP host, username, password, and port) so that our team can deploy AI files to your server. By providing these credentials, you: (a) confirm that you are authorised to grant access to the server; (b) accept that we will use the credentials solely to perform the agreed service and for no other purpose; (c) acknowledge that credentials are transmitted over HTTPS, stored in our database in encrypted form using AES-256-GCM, and are never included in plain text in any email communication; (d) understand that credentials will be deleted from our systems upon completion or cancellation of the order, or at your written request. We strongly recommend using a dedicated FTP/SFTP account with limited permissions for this purpose, and changing your credentials once the service is complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FURNEDESIGNS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (c) damages arising from your reliance on AI model outputs or visibility scores; (d) any failure of third-party AI systems to index, recognize, or mention your brand. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time via your Dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice in the Dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
