2. Data We Collect
We collect: (a) Account data — name, email address, and authentication credentials provided during sign-up via Clerk; (b) Usage data — pages visited, features used, interaction logs, and visibility check results; (c) Payment data — billing information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store full card details); (d) Website data — URLs, business descriptions, and content you voluntarily submit; (e) Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookie identifiers collected automatically.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide, operate, and improve the LLMsArchive service; generate AI files (llms.txt, ai-profile.json, knowledge.json, services.json) and visibility scores; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (account activity, billing, service updates); comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/EEA Users)
For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process personal data based on: (a) Contract performance — necessary to provide the service you signed up for; (b) Legitimate interests — improving the platform and preventing fraud; (c) Consent — for non-essential cookies and analytics, which you may withdraw at any time.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations (including financial records, which are retained for a minimum of 7 years). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party processors: Clerk (authentication and session management), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and edge infrastructure), and Neon (database hosting). Each processor maintains its own privacy policy. We share only the data necessary for each processor to perform their function.
